Movie Review:  Sound of Freedom

Alejandro Monteverde’s new movie, Sound of Freedom, captures the magnitude and severity of the child sex slavery industry while offering hope to its viewers. Filled with bone-chilling terror and the heart-warming love of a father, you had better bring a facial tissue with which to wipe away your tears for this one.

Featured Story:  Matthew Shepard

On the night of October 6th, 1998, Matt walked into the Fireside bar alone.  Not long after Aaron McKinney and Russell Henderson walked into the bar.  Shortly after Midnight the 3 men walked out into the parking lot where they got into McKinney’s truck.  He was beaten by McKinney while in the truck.

In honor of Pride Month, LGBTQ communities come together and celebrate the freedom to be themselves.
